Paving Project Underway In Kingsport…Will Impact Traffic Flow

A paving project in is now underway in Kingsport that will affect the flow of traffic in the Model City for several weeks. Paving crews began milling and paving on Sullivan Street from Church Circle to East Center Street on Monday. The work is being conducted during the day, and will proceed block by block with one segment of Sullivan Street completely closed at a time. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes during the project that’s expected to be complete by October 15.
