3 injured in crash near Butler

A crash report from the THP says three people were injured in a crash near the Butler community Monday afternoon. The crash happened around 4 p.m. on State Route 67 near the Johnson County-Carter County line. A Chevrolet Cavalier pulled out of a parking lot onto State Route 67, failing to yield to an eastbound Dodge Ram. The Dodge hit the Chevrolet on the driver’s side. Two people in the Chevrolet, the driver and a passenger, and the driver of the Dodge were injured. The report says charges are pending against both drivers.
