Milligan University slashes six programs while exercising strong fiscal management

Milligan University has announced the end of six programs with current students given the choice to complete work to obtain their degree.
A published report said journalism, film, computer science, cybersecurity, information systems and Master of Arts in Coaching and Sports Management were the offerings chosen to end by Milligan executives.
There was no explanation given for the closure of classes but the cause could be financial with Milligan President Stephen Waers’ statement said “…(the school) must continue to exercise strong fiscal management and remain good stewards of our resources as we prepare students to lead and serve in a myriad of professions.
