Virginia Tech Head Football Coach, Brent Pry has been let go from the organization. Virginia Tech President Tim Sands, in a statement, said “We appreciate Coach Pry’s efforts and service since 2021. Unfortunately, the results on the field were not acceptable and a change in leadership is necessary.” Offensive Coordinator Philip Montgomery will serve as Interim Head Coach. Pry went 16-24 through four seasons with the Hokies and started this season 0-3. Pry thanked President Sands, and others in the Hokie community for giving him the opportunity to lead the football program.
