Scott County releases plans for America’s 250th birthday

Scott County is getting ready to celebrate America’s 250th birthday in a big way with a full day of events planned for families across the region. The celebration will feature a 5k race, tournaments, local vendors, food trucks, and activities for all ages. The evening will shift to live music starting with Dave Eggar and Bristol lightning and Folk Soul Revival will reunite for one night only. The celebration will close with a fireworks show as Scott County marks America’s 250th. The Scott County America 250 celebration is set for Friday, July 3rd.
