Culver’s restaurant could be coming to Johnson City
A plan to bring a Culver’s restaurant to Johnson City is moving forward, with city leaders set to review a key agreement. Johnson City Commission members will look at a purchase and sale proposal agreement that involves buying property on Sells Avenue, just off North State of Franklin Road, to develop into the restaurant. If approved, the franchisee would have a 150-day due diligence period, and then commission would have to approve the property being sold on three readings. If the project is approved that would be the first Culver’s restaurant in the Tri-Cities.
