Ballad CEO Goes To Airwaves To Plead Case For Use Of Masks As Pediatric Cases Climb

With 283 new patients in it’s hospitals, and hospital officials expecting a surge in pediatric cases. Ballad Health has it’s hands and almost all of its pediatric units full. CEO Alan Levine says the health care provider only has ten pediatric ICU units. Ballad reported six patients in Ballad facilities as of Wednesday. CEO Alan Levine spoke on CNN this week about the surge.Ballad also reported the regions positivity rate is just under fifteen percent and 39 percent of the regions population has been vaccinated.
