Bristol Motor Speedway’s CEO memorializes driver and volunteer Greg Biffle

Bristol Motor Speedway CEO Jerry Caldwell said Greg Biffle brought passion to races in Thunder Valley and his legacy will last for generations.

Caldwell memorialized Biffle who was killed in a Statesville, NC plane crash on Thursday. Caldwell said Biffle used the same dedication and courage he showed on the track when he flew his helicopter to Northeast Tennessee and delivered supplies to Hurricane Helene victims.

An NTSB official said it could be 12 to 18 months before a final cause of the crash is determined.
