Bristol, Tennessee Part Of State Wide Early Literacy Program

Bristol Tennessee City Schools is one of five systems across the State to receive significant funding for an early literacy program grant. Bristol, is receiving a portion of three hundred thousand dollars as part of the Reading 360 Model Districts program. Bristol applied for the grant in the Spring. Part of the program involves collecting model instructional videos that any district can use and will be aired across the State on PBS through a partnership with the networks six Tennessee stations.
