Drug interdiction event reaps 45 arrests in Bristol Virginia
Bristol Virginia Chief of Police Byron Ashbrook said the combined effort of local, state and federal agencies has stopped illegal drug activity and other crimes from spreading into neighboring areas.
A city report said dozens of officers were part of a two-day operation that yielded 45 arrests and 33 felony charges being filed.
Upcoming court hearings will be based on the seizure of meth, cocaine, fentanyl and marijuana during the events on April 23rd & 30th.
