Howmet Aerospace announces second expansion of Morristown facility

Howmet Aerospace leaders joined Governor Lee at the Paris Air Show to announce the second expansion of the company’s Morristown plant in the last two years.

The new wing of the facility will result in 217 jobs being created–that’s in addition to the 50 jobs announced last year.

Howmet is one of the largest employers in East Tennessee with a worker base of more than 1,000 and produces a variety of products for the automotive and aerospace industry including components for jet engine turbines and forged aluminum wheels.
