James H. Quillen VA Medical Center looks towards major improvements

The James H. Quillen VA Medical Center is expected to receive some major improvements this quarter. The projects planned are part of a record $4.8 billion in nationwide VA spending to modernize, repair and improve department health care facilities for the fiscal year 2026. The improvement projects on tap include replacing the boiler plant and new lab and inpatient unit replacements.
