JC paving project to impact traffic along Country Club Drive until next week

Road work will cause some lane closures in Johnson City beginning on Wednesday. Johnson City Public Works will mill and pave roads around and along Country Club Drive from East Lakeview Drive and East Unaka Avenue. During construction, roads will have temporary lane closures impacting traffic daily between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Work is expected to be completed next week. Drivers who cannot avoid the area should expect delays, use caution in the construction zone, and observe speed limits.
