Johnson County shooting suspect accused of injuring juvenile
A Johnson County resident is charged after a weekend shooting that left a juvenile seriously injured.
A Sheriff’s Office report said 38-year-old Joshua Upright is charged with attempted first-degree murder aggravated child abuse and assault following the incident at a home on Waters Road outside of Laurel Bloomery.
While the investigation continues, Upright is being held on a $1 million bond.
