Man accused of firing weapon, preventing victim from calling for help in domestic incident
Investigators in Washington County Tennessee say a domestic violence suspect was brandishing a firearm and physically held down the victim, preventing her from calling 911 for help.
Robert C. Hall, 47, has a list of charges- aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and false imprisonment.
Hall is also being charged with aggravated child abuse and neglect due to three children asleep in another room at the time of the assault and firing his weapon during the incident, according to officers.
