Mount Carmel names new town manager

The Town of Mount Carmel has a new town manager. Tyler Williams was appointed by the Mount Carmel Board of Mayor and Aldermen as the town’s new manager. His term went into effect Thursday. He previously served as the assistant town manager and chief financial officer for the town. On top of his prior experience, Williams holds a law degree from the University of Tennessee and is also a Certified Municipal Finance Officer.
