No foul play suspected in juvenile death in Richlands

Police in Richlands, Virginia have started a death investigation after an unresponsive juvenile was found following a 911 call for help just after 9 am.

A report from the agency said officers, including two on the Richlands force who are cross-trained as medics, arrived and started life-saving measures. The female juvenile was declared dead after arriving at Clinch Valley Medical Center. Chief Ronald Holt said the investigation continues but at present, no foul play is expected.
