Norton native Holly Cline selected as Bristol, Virginia City Attorney
Southwest Virginia native Holly Cline was selected by City Council to become Bristol’s next City Attorney, replacing Randall Eads who left for a job in Richmond.
Cline grew up in Norton and has served as Dean of Students at the Appalachian School of Law but began her legal career working as a clerk in Wise County for the office of former Department of Corrections chief and Judge Chad Dotson.
The new city employee also spent time as a clerk for Justice Elizabeth McClanahan during part of the judge’s service for two years.
Cline begins her tenure next month.
