One person in custody after threats to Happy Valley High School

Carter County authorities say one person has been arrested following an investigation into threats made against a local high school. The statement said authorities responded to the threat Wednesday evening made against the staff and students at Happy Valley High School and that the individual responsible for the threat is now in police custody. Families and students will notice a continued and heightened police presence at the school.
