Police continue pursuit of Kingsport man who has avoided arrest three times

A Kingsport man continues to rack up charges while avoiding officers trying to serve him those warrants.

Police said Dennis C. Brooks, 36, has managed to evade arrest on three different occasions resulting in additional violations of criminal trespassing, driving on a revoked license, and failure to exercise due care.

Investigators are asking the public to help track down Brooks who is 6 feet 1 inch tall weighing 185 pounds with salt and pepper hair and green eyes.
