Police: Last contact with missing Smyth County woman was in May

Smyth County, Virginia officials issued a missing person alert on Tuesday for a Marion woman who last spoke with an acquaintance on May 16.

Information posted by the county sheriff’s office says Cheyenne Nicole Steele, 23, was seen being picked up by someone in a pickup truck in April at Snyder’s Trailer Park in Atkins.

Cheyenne is 5 feet 6 inches tall weighing 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
