Police said domestic violence suspect used a knife and pole to injure victim

Washington County, Tennessee investigators said a domestic violence suspect used a knife and metal or aluminum pole to injure the victim.

Lance Dillon Howell, 33, is charged with two counts of aggravated domestic assault after they said the victim went to a neighbor’s home around 2 am and asked to use a phone. The female had bruises, a laceration and various injuries to her body, officers said.

Police arrested Howell later in the day and he was jailed without bond.
