TBI: Hancock County School Board member solicited sex from juvenile at fitness center

TBI investigators have accused a school board member in neighboring Hancock County of soliciting sex from a school-aged girl.

Jack Mullins, 75, was indicted by a grand jury on two counts of solicitation of a minor and one count of official misconduct after the agency’s review requested by District Attorney Dan Armstrong.

A juvenile female accused Mullins of approaching her at a Sneedville fitness center and asking her for sex. Mullins was arrested and issued a $25,000 bond.
