TN Governor Bill Lee makes stops in Johnson and Carter counties
To celebrate America 250, Tennessee Governor Bill Lee is visiting all 95 counties in the state and Wednesday he made stops in Johnson and Carter Counties. For the Johnson County visit, he stopped at the Maymead Farm which has been family owned for 12 generations. During his speech, Lee acknowledged how the farm helped the community during Hurricane Helene. Lee then made a visit to Carter County where he stopped at the first Isaiah 117 House that was constructed 8 years ago as he began his first term. There are now more than 50 houses across more than 13 states.
