TOSHA investigating death at Rogersville facility

Tennessee OSHA is investigating an employee’s death after an accident at a Rogersville facility. The reported workplace accident took place at HDK Industries Inc. on Jan. 27. HDK Industries is located at 100 Industrial Park Drive in Rogersville. The name of the victim has not been released, but the company said the employee had worked for the company for 30 years. Officials say the investigation is expected to take between eight and ten weeks to complete.
