Hawkins County man indicted for handling counterfeit money, selling narcotics
A Church Hill resident has been indicted by a Hawkins County grand jury on charges related to drug distribution and using counterfeit money.
The TBI started their investigation of Justin Linkous, 31, one year ago after police received tips from the public about possible drug deals and distributing phony dollars.
The agency said Linkous was taken into custody Wednesday and is charged with criminal simulation and sale of schedule 1 narcotics and was issued a $50,000 bond.
