Spring Street in JC closed for improvements beginning Monday

A portion of Spring Street will be closed for repairs and improvements beginning Monday. Crews will perform sidewalk and crosswalk improvements at the intersection of Spring Street and West State of Franklin Road. The work will close Spring Street between West State of Franklin and Tipton Street. The roadway will be closed to all vehicles, including emergency vehicles. Access to businesses will not be blocked. Crews are expected to be in the area for roughly two weeks, depending on weather conditions.
