Mexican national arrested after alleged live stream of sex activity involving a child

A Mexican national living in Carter County is accused by police of producing a live stream broadcast on the web showing him engaging in abusive sexual behavior with a child.

Investigators got a tip about the Friday incident involving Pablo Rodriguez, 30, who was arrested on Sunday and charged with one count of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor following a search of his residence on Cedar Grove Road. Rodriguez is being held without bond.
