Suspect indicted by grand jury in Johnson City rape case

An alleged rape victim told police the crime took place in Johnson City after the two agreed to meet up after communicating with each other over the internet.

A city report said Paul Winburn, 23, was indicted on two counts of aggravated rape after evidence and testimony was submitted to a grand jury. Police said the alleged incident was reported in October of last year.
