BWXT rezoning meeting rescheduled to March 23

The Washington County Commission voted Monday night to move the proposed BWXT rezoning from its February 25 meeting to its March 23 meeting. Commissioner Marty Johnson said citizens had reached out with concerns about February 25 being a Wednesday. The March 23 meeting is on a Monday, when the commission holds its regular meetings. The March 23 regular meeting will begin at 6 p.m. There will be a called budget pre-planning meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m.
