Johnson City police use Flock cameras to track down alleged Meredith Street shooter
An Elizabethton driver is accused by police of firing a gun from his vehicle with the bullets striking a Johnson City worker’s automobile early Tuesday.
A city report said shell casings were recovered near Meredith Street and officers then enlisted the help of Flock traffic cameras to narrow down suspects in that area around 2:30 a.m.
A vehicle matching the description was found in Sullivan County and the driver, 20-year-old Lawrence Musa, was arrested. He’s charged with two counts of reckless endangerment and one count of aggravated assault. The workers were not injured in the incident.
