TN state grant awarding for Greene Valley site development.

The Tusculum-Greeneville-Greene County Development Board received a state grant of over $306,000 to go towards the development of the Greene Valley site. State officials said that a total of $13 million in grants will go towards 13 sites across the state of Tennessee with one of those sites being Greene Valley. Greene Valley is a 330-acre development with a health department and bottling company already under construction, with more developments planned to enhance livability and the workforce. Local officials say they are currently looking at engineering firms to draft design plans, with selections expected by March.
